Free 15-Minute Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to briefly share what issue you're facing and for us to explore together whether we’ll be a good fit for counseling.
Session Rates
60-Minute Intake Session – $165
This first session includes time for me to gather important background information and for you to ask any questions you may have.
45-Minute Ongoing Session – $140
This is for established clients who have already completed the intake session.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance plans. However, I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies.
I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
Good Faith Estimate
Because I am an out-of-network provider, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for healthcare services under the No Surprises Act.

Payment Methods
I accept the following forms of payment:

HSA (Health Savings Account) cards
Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file when scheduling your initial appointment.
Sliding Fee Scale
Yes, I do offer a sliding fee scale. Please contact me directly to discuss availability and details.
New clients will receive a consultation phone call before their appointment is approved.
