family therapy

Parenting is hard. Coparenting is hard. It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and busyness and let relationships take the hit from the stress. Yet, your little ones (and the bigger ones too) need to know that you are their best, strongest support. If you feel like your family is too busy, disconnected, and overwhelmed, family therapy (including play therapy) can help. I don’t judge your parenting, I just help! Here are some things that we can address together in family therapy:

  • Having a solid knowledge of where your child is at developmentally to best meet their social and emotional needs
  • Guided family therapy activities to help you bond with your child on their level
  • Help for parents to be more on the same page with parenting strengths and values
  • Learning or re-learning how to relax, laugh, and have fun together
  • I no longer offer couple’s counseling
